What she does for a listing.
- Every showing on file. The ShowingTime, Paragon and iGUIDE emails you already get are enough. Kess reads them and keeps the list, the numbers and the buyer’s agent for every showing.
- Feedback, chased for you. Two hours after a showing she phones the buyer’s agent, asks your five questions, leaves a voicemail if she has to, and tries again the next morning. You get the answers; you decide what the seller sees.
- The weekly seller update, written. Showings, feedback you approved, MLS views, tour visits, your ad numbers, in your designed report with your signature. She shows you the preview and the send card. Nothing goes to a seller until you tap.
- Your listings in one place. Tap Kess at the top of the app: what needs you, the morning brief, and each address with its showings, numbers and seller.
