- What counts as an action on the free plan?
- Something that leaves your phone or takes real work: a phone call, an email sent, a booking, a text, a file built. Talking to Kess never counts.
- Why is a spoken reply not counted separately?
- Because it would be annoying. A message is a message whether you read it or hear it.
- What happens when I run out?
- Kess tells you plainly and keeps talking with you. Top-ups for extra messages, calls and files are coming; until then the limits reset each month.
- How does Together work without accounts?
- The phone that pays starts a household in Settings and gets a code. Up to four more phones enter it. Remove a phone and the seat frees up. If the payer cancels, the others drop to Free.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, in your iPhone's subscription settings. The trial is free and you are told before it ends.
- Kess for realtors?
- Same Kess, same price. Showing routes, seller reports and your CRM in her memory are included. We will not charge realtors more until there is something only realtors can get.
